(More than just a clean and paint, the Dulux 962 Roof Membrane coating system that we use exclusively, has been formulated with specific performance requirements to meet the functional requirements of the roof restoration industry. Your roof's appearance is enhanced and protected, by encapsulating the tiles in a total membrane system to protect against adverse environmental conditions.)

Here's what we do:

1. Your entire roof is inspected by one of our qualified technicians. We look for for damaged tiles, loose or missing bedding, moss and lichen.
2. The whole roof is thoroughly cleaned using high pressure equipment.
3. We replace and rebed (if required) any broken tiles and hip tiles. Ridge capping is then repointed, with a flexible acrylic pointing mix.
4. A specialized 'Mould Rid' coating is then applied to prevent future moss and mould from growing.
5. Finally the entire roof is resprayed in the colour of your choice with a 3 coat paint system which may optionally include a 'Heat Reflective' top coat.
